I’m not 100% sure of this, but ever since 1.05 experimental, I haven’t seen any loot spawn in the upstairs area of the hospital (the corridor with benches). I’ve checked a lot of hospitals, and I find it hard to believe that I’ve been unlucky EVERY time.
