As of September 13 2019 I am unable to use bandages to stop bleeding in game. I have attempted to use bandages on several different servers, but there is simply no way to use bandages or rags to stop bleeding. All other usable items, such as food and weapons, work normally. In my attempts to troubleshoot I have attempted using different servers, changing keybindings, verifying game files in Steam, and uninstall/reinstalling the game. Unfortunately this makes the game virtually unplayable, because if my character gets wounded it leads to death no matter what, because I cannot stop the bleeding.
