Steps To Reproduce
Build gate, attach barbed wire to gate, get near to the wire and you get hit by invisible wire. It appears the "kill zone" for the wire sits in the closed gate location and open gate location no matter what position the gate is in.

When gates are open and you cross over the opening to pass though you also get hit by the wire.
