Do you experience this issue on the latest experimental version? And also, does this occur on a specific (possibly modded server) or does the issue occur on any community / official server?

It is official server, stable branch DayZ NL 3664728 HC (Public) - Hosted by Multiplay.com
have not tryed experimental

Hello blackburn and thank you for the report.
We have confirmed the issue with the stand up animation being slightly faster when holding down q/e during rolling and holding down the C key and the issue has been scheduled for a fix.
