Steps To Reproduce
step 1. take smoke grenade into hand
step 2. remove pin, releasing the smoke
step 3. log out immediately
now the smoke will remain forever - even after server restart, players could ruin entire servers this way and it must be hotfixed as soon as possible
Additional Information
I discovered this by accident in my friends base, he had to relocate his entire base because of it.

I believe this can also happen due to dying after pinning the grenade. This might have bad effect on server performance? @Geez
