Steps To Reproduce
1. Find a player and tie them up with a ligature ( I used metal wire to tie the player up)
2. Take any grenade (I used the 6-M7 Frag Grenade) and proceed to unpin the grenade and place it inside the player's inventory ( The article of clothing that I placed the grenade in was a red hoodie)
3. Wait for the explosion
