When wearing a hat (in my case a brown beanie) over an NVG head strap, holding 'L' no longer toggles the NVG's on/off. Remove the hat, and it works.

Steps To Reproduce
- Put on NVG headstrap (w/NVGs, of course)
- Test turning on/off NVG's by holding 'L' (should work fine)
- Put a hat on over the NVG headstrap
- Test turning on/off NVG's by holding 'L' (should not work)
- Remove hat
- Test turning on/off NCG's by holding 'L' (should once again work)
Additional Information
I don't know if this is still an issue in 1.04 Experimental. I don't have NVG's on Experimental, yet.
