Description

Infected don't react to a frag grenade or a flashbang explosion. They will react to a grenade being thrown near them before it explodes.

Steps To Reproduce

Find a group of infected
Throw frag grenade near them
Infected don't react when the grenade explodes
Fire a shot from a rifle
The infected are aggro'ed and come running to you
