[1.03] Stamina is not affected if you drag an item from the ground directly to your backpack

Description

Dragging a heavy item to your backpack directly wont affect your max stamina like it should.

If you drag said item to your hands slot first, then it will work as intended.

Steps To Reproduce

1- Drag a heavy item (full gasoline canister, shovel...) from the ground directly into your backpack and observe stamina not being affected

2- Drag the exact same item from the ground directly to your hands slot and to your backpack from there. Then it will actually count on your stamina
