I buried some bags containing loot, on exp 1.03.151457 . . and it wont let me dig them up.
I can see the mound of earth, and it lets me try to dig them up but nothing. I had only buried it to raid a base half an hour before

Just to report that I have the exactly the same issue. I will see if there is a difference after a server restart.
Also note that, when examining the PILE OF DIRT closely, there seem to be more mounds on the same spot: one "PILE OF DIRT" and one "PILE OF DIRT (+)".
