I managed to fix it myself:

1. remove all mods and workshop files, like all ever downloaded dayz mods (in steamapps/workshop)
2. open dayz sa launcher, try to connect to your favourite server
3. wait for the launcher to update all mods and wait for the game to crash then after trying to join the server you want to join
4. then open the DayZ vanilla launcher, and go to launch parameters: disable all parameters except: world
5. put in the directory of the default vanilla offline map C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DayZ\Missions\dayzOffline.ChernarusPlus (for me)

6. launch the game with the mods enabled through the vanilla launcher,
7. it gave me a weird ass black screen with the main menu (character customize and server browser)
8. now find the server you want to join through the ingame server browser and join it
9. once you loaded in, quit the game
10. everything should work fine again now

I have this, too, happened after as I with version of 1.03 moved on 1.02

i'm fix this problem , i'm delete ALL SAVES in STEAM CLOUD

I got it fixed in some weird way by preventing the game from loading the main menu background

I went back on my 1.02 normal server, so when I boot up the game now, I see my normal character, and it works

if I click the right arrow to go through other characters I have, it will crash on the one I have in 1.03 so the issue is still present, I just dont have to scroll through the characters normally unless i wanna change customization, and for that I can just click the left arrow once to not have to go through the 1.03 one
