This seemed to have been fixed before, but the bug is back. The only fix is to log out and log back in.

Steps To Reproduce
- Put weapon away so your hands are empty
- Map the weapon to a hotkey
- While walking backwards, press the hotkey to equip the gun and right click to aim down sights BEFORE the weapon equipping animation has completed
- Observe your hands become permanently raised in the hand-to-hand blocking animation with the gun permanently pointing at the sky
- Observe you cannot put anything else in your hands nor drop the item in your hands
