After server restart the combination lock digits reset. Once cut from the gate a new lock cannot be attached.
Also, combination lock glitches if attached between gate and watch tower post. Combination cannot be entered.

Attach combination lock,
Restart server,
Lock combination changed to random.

If the codelock is buggued you need to destroy the fence and rebuild a new one.
If you remove the codelock, the walls, the wire and the frame to rebuild from the same foundation you will still get the bug.
I don't know if it's related to the same issue but if you break the codelock with a hacksaw you won't be able to place a new codelock.
How to reproduce the bug :
- Build a fence
- Add the codelock
- Crash the server
- The combinaison have been changed and the fence is buggued
I will try to get the logs from the server owner next time the server crash and bug the locks
