I play on the NewDawnDayZ.com server and for the last week or so, Binoculars and sniper scopes when held in hand don't do what they're supposed to; when I click to look through it flash the zoomed HUD/UI and then I'm just staring at the item in hand in my face.

I recorded it (you can see on YT in the link below), this happens from an update to 1.01

This problem appeared with the latest update, reproduced on all optical devices and does not depend on the server or Mods. I reproduce it in a stress test.
