Since the latest Stable patch I'm noticing an issue very similar to what we saw a couple years ago, referenced in this ticket:

FPS counter reports good FPS, however the game looks and feels stuttery. Again, very reminiscent of the issue from the above ticket, though as I recall perhaps not as severe. It's especially noticeable when looking around with your mouse (though it's not motion blur).
