@Geez When you try to fill a car radiator outside of a car, the option will show but if you then hold your left mouse button, it will start the animation and as soon as the progress circle shows up, it automatically cancels.

Steps To Reproduce
- Place radiator on ground
- Face radiator cap
- Press and Hold left mouse button
- Watch animation automatially cancel as soon as progress circle appears

@Geez I believe this can be CLOSED as radiators can only be properly filled when attached to the loop. If the option to fill the radiatior at a well is still in (I haven't checked) I would suggest removing that, but this ticket is OBSOLETE.
