Car engine got ruined due to lack of cooling water in the radiator (natural reason). All car attachments/parts were removed except for items in car inventory. After the ruined car had despawned, presumably 15 min, the smoke the emits from the engine kept emitting from the same spot, even though the car had already been gone. The smoke only vanished after the server had been restarted
