The video should explain it, but to describe it in text: I walked to my tent when I noticed an infected, the infected rushed to me and I start hitting it with my hunting knife. I hit it numerous times and just at the moment that I thought it would be dead, I turn around and get killed in one hit while having almost full health.

EDIT: Well it actually hit me two times, but the point remains ;)
