After the initial start of the servers Tents and 9v batteries are becoming hard if not none existent to find. I know persistence has problems, but surely you could increase the amount of tents on the servers. I have spent the past 2 weeks trying to find Mil tents and others and have found none. The only place i have found a mil tent was on a couple of helli crashes. And 9v batteries are hard to find. I do find the occasional 1 or 2, But as you need them for torches for the night time surely we could do with a little more of them. There are a lot of items that use them within the game. You could help by having the batteries span in the item occasionally like the mags on rifles. I'm surprised you haven't already done that.
