Is this issue always reproducible? Or is anyone able to successfully use and get off ladder safely on the second floor of that building? Ticket number https://feedback.bistudio.com/T132964 mentions that the reproducibility of this bug is random, thus I wonder if it is ever possible to get up there.

@Futro I've tried many times and have never found a trick to get to the top of the ladder. You start the dismount before the top so you can never get to the platform. Some ladders you've been able to glitch off but not this one.

@five_seven_clown I found a work around! You have to very safely and slowly climb to the very top of ladder. Don't press W through to the end. Inch your way up and look for the "Get Off" option to pop up. Then your character will safely dismount the ladder and be able to access what is beyond the ladder.

Still very dangerous to go up there. And I hope it does get fixed to where you can safely just climb through the animation without using the context menu popup. Good luck friend!
