If a player wants take Light Machine Gun Car-95 5.8 mm from a dead soldier, then this weapon will always disappear.

When you first try to do it, you will see it in inventory, but after 0.5 second you will be automatically thrown out from inventory menu. If you go back to inventory, then this weapon will disappear forever ( from map and from inventory )

Note. When I first tried, I was automatically thrown out of the inventory menu. On subsequent attempts, the weapon simply disappears.
