Description

Game was fine till up to the update first came out, now the game will not pass the first logo/splash screen.. If i just boot from steam it'll crash to steam, if i use the steam launcher it crashes and gives this error.. I have uninstalled DayZ twice to try get it to work today but same crash all the time..

Error it gives is

0xC0000374 - STATUS_HEAP_CORRUPTION

What I want to say, I joined our old community server where we already had a lot of loot and our vehicles were not there anymore ... and the character was naked. I think it was because of the old loot, because in the tents things were not properly ordered by cells.

I only got in the server once after the 1.0 and looked like the database had been wiped.. But after that i just get the first DayZ splash screen/logo and game crashes.

If you launch the game with -nocharmenu parameter, does the game still crash upon loading?

Worked. thank you.. Will i have to keep that now, or is there a fix for it?
