- Observe you sometimes can and sometimes can't with no obvious indication of which ones will allow you to or won't

Can confirm, happening with some of the walls guarding Pavlovo Military Base
Most of the walls surrounding the NWAF ATC
and other walls scattered across the map including a small compound between Sosnovka pass and Verensnik (open field)
I think it's asset based like the wall shown in the video @Geez
