Senseless Ammunition Consumption - AI missile soldier immediately launches all missiles into one target, even if it is not required

Description

When at long range distances the AI-Missile soldier shoots at the enemy vehicle, he makes several shots in a row (2-3 shots - all the missiles he has in his backpack).

Arma3 has a very fast animation reload launcher. For this reason, sometimes the AI may have time to launch all of its missiles from his backpack into one single enemy vehicle and this may be a civilian vehicle! Why so many missiles for one car? The first missile is still in flight to the target, but the AI makes already several more shots!
AI manages to shoot 3 times and charge his launcher 2 times before the first missile hits the target - this makes no sense, because the first missile is guaranteed to kill its target, while the remaining missiles will be fired in vain.

This behavior looks silly, please correct. The problem is will be noticed especially at large distances to the target, since in this case the flight of the missile will take a slightly longer period of time.

Adding a small pause between each shot, can solve this problem. - This is the simplest solution that will not cause difficulties.
Or simply increasing the time for reload animation - can solve this problem forever and at the same time make reloading more realistic.

@kju-PvPscene Thanks, but as far as I understand aiFireRate for all weapons. I in turn bringing up the only AI-Titan launcher theme.
Unfortunately, I have no opportunity and no desire to edit every mission that I play, every soldier, it will make the game hell.

I would like the opposite - for the BIS to put its game in order, to make it natural, adequate. I sure I have a normal desire

its a config tweak and is per weapon class. reyhard could do it in A3 itself if he agrees. otherwise you need to make your own mod, or script it with setWeaponReloadingTime

it would not be bad, but unfortunately I do not know how to make mods for Arma3. Can you help me make such a mod? I'm so tired of seeing the absurdity in Arma3, without mods it's not playable at all
