Major Game Crashing Bug After Latest Update (20 November 2018)

Description

It was working on the version before but now I just get a Mission error.

Please see attached logs.

Things I have tried to get it working:

Deleting certain files and doing a verify game cache integrity
Full Reinstall
Setting System compatibility to Windows 8. (My Sys is Win8.1, i5-4690k, 970gtx, 16GB 1866Mhz DDR3 Ram, 8TB Storage HDDs, .25 SSD C:)
Setting Run as Administrator
Setting Disable display scaling on high DPI

Still haven't got this working and it's sad because I have missed out on many games with friends and been ready to stream to my audience on multiple occasions but had to switch to other games as I haven't been able to play this.

I bought this last week and I sure hope you can fix this. Looks like there is a bug in the script file missiongameplay.c line 380. It cannot find UADropitem.

Steps To Reproduce

Click Play on Steam, select any option.
Or Play straight from running the DayZ_x64.exe in the game root.
It shows the logo
10-15s later it freezes on that logo and displays this:

Hi Geez,
After deleting the XML files I am now able to play.
Thanks for that, hopefully I won't have to do this each time I want to play.
