Check the server logs, you'll see from time to time this message, item name is random:

18:57:30 [CE][LootRespawner] (PRIDummy) :: Item [1] is hard to place, performance drops: "ElectronicRepairKit"
18:58:26 [CE][LootRespawner] (PRIDummy) :: Item [2] is hard to place, performance drops: "MetalPlate"
19:00:19 [CE][LootRespawner] (PRIDummy) :: Item [3] is hard to place, performance drops: "CargoPants_Grey"
