Description

With todays DEV branch build Arma3 hangs infinitely on startup while "loading core configs".
Waited for more than 10 minutes. No progress in progress bar, no i/o activity for A3 in task manager.

Start via A3 launcher, with or w/o mods.

this is most likely caused by cache.ch file (corrupt or similar) in root where arma3_x64.exe binary is
erase just cache.ch file and run game again, the file will be re-generated
