Big camera headbob after going ADS right after in running/moving sate

Description

This is minor, but can disrupt gameplay, and it's when you try to go ADS, right after being in a sprinting, jogging, crouch-moving state.

When you go ADS after moving, your head camera, bobs all the way up with the gun, which can possibly help lose your target, & is not pleasant to see and look happen.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Grab any gun
  2. Start jogging, sprinting, moving while crouch, etc.
  3. Try to go ADS in those states, or just right after you stop, (instantly go to ADS, not point-aiming)
  4. You will get this weird camera head bob that's locked to the gun, which looks very rough,
Additional Information

Also, the transition to any weapon w/ an optic or scope, in ADS, looks very rough and unpleasant as well, it just goes straight to the optic/scope, no transition what so ever.

For iron sights it's fine, but not for scopes/optics

I second this as this is very bad when you have any kind of scope with magnification on it as your point of view goes down first and then raises with the gun while on ads mode. Needs fixing badly.
