(VERY BAD) Multiple Hit registration clips!!!, happening when Server Performance plummets

Description

Seems like hit registration happens the most, when server performance takes a dive, and is low for a period of time.

In these clips, you could see multiple mags being dumped into each player
You could see the infected A.I, also laggy & somewhat teleporting
It took multiple headshots for Sacriel to kill the zombies chasing him too.
As well, with the other clips, multiple bursts with AKM to kill zombies :(
