I was walking with a maxed character and had an m16 and an ak and some player was killing people with an axe from 4 houses away just mod killing because I died but he never when near me he was just making everyone die without doing anything and I lost everything plz fix this

This is a known bug, not modern, sorry. On the other players screen he will have had a weapon out but you saw the last thing he had equipped, it happens to our group often, one of us shoots the m4 and the rest of us see him punch a zombie with a tin of peaches from 12 feet away.
