Status_Access_Violation crash on startup

Description

Crashes on startup only when using x64 bit version. 32 bit works fine however it doesnt allow enough memory allocation for what I want to do on Arma 3. Crash is status_access_violation error. Have tried reinstalling directx and framework yet it still doesnt work

It does continue to happen without mods
