Fresh install and still unplayable for months - CTD bad_module_info STATUS_STACK_BUFFER_OVERRUN 0xc0000409
New, NormalPublic

Description

I haven't been able to play ArmA for more than 30-60 minutes in about a year now. I tried all the fixes such as disabling full screen optimizations on exe's in steamapps, changing memory allocator to Windows, using Win 8 compatibility mode, running SFC and DISM checks, etc...

I finally just decided to re-install the entire system the other day.

Fresh format, reinstall, newest drivers, very little non arma related software running. Still crashing, same error #.

There has to be some common denominator here with all the other people having this issue.

I'm running on:
Intel I7 4790K
EVGA GTX970
Logitech gaming software for G510S keyboard and G600 mouse
Drivers for Thrustmaster 16000m and Throttle
TrackIR5

Gforce Experience
Greenshot
Discord
Tight VLC server
CopyQ
Steam{F360413}

Hello.

Thank youf or the report. Please upload your Arma report here. Here is how to do that.

It's there. I messed up formatting on original post. It's the last thing in the post, after steam.

Although, I noticed my logging was disabled in the launcher. I don't know how that affects the reports. If need be, I can capture another, with logging enabled.

Hmm. Could you please try creating a new game profile and seeing if the error still ocurs?

I'll do that as well, but it already is a new profile. I re-installed the other day and didn't save anything from the old install.
