AI will not react to the activation of mine dispenser, while in real life such a surge should alarm any soldier. Namely the AI in safe mode will not switch to aware/danger modes, if a Mine dispenser bursts next to him.

On the video, we see a loyal distance (12-15 meters). AI will not react even if the splash happens under his feet!
All AI units should react to this, because it has a sound effect and a bif visual splash effect. I think this should work the way it works with near explosions for AI, but possibly with a smaller reaction radius. For example, a detection radius within a 30-50 meters would be sufficient. If the AI is closer than this distance, then it should be alarmed
