Hello Uncuepa and thank you for the report.
We have been testing the issue internally but so far we were unable to reproduce the issue. Can you please send us a screenshot of your video settings and also attach the dxdiag file from your computer to this ticket?

I've deleted the DayZ folder in Documents and it seems to have fixed it.
