It happened to me while continuously hitting the body against a wall inside a house. The body fell underground, unreachable.

I've respawned on another character, found an M68 and an ACOG and tried it with both, same thing happens.

On a server, UK 2-1. I have not tried with other optics, I would have to find them first.
