"You were kicked from the game" after a couple minutes of playing

Description

I can join servers just fine but after playing for a couple of minutes (usually about 2-5) i get the "You were kicked from the game" message.
I tried a reinstall and a steam verification of the files but the problem is still there.
This happens on every server even official ones.

Hi,

it happened on a Vurtual Reality server were i was alone (could not find anything else) but not when i hosted my own through the host a server tab on multiplayer.
