When aiming down iron sights in prone position, the weapon vibrates/stutters so aiming is very difficult, especially at range.

Equip weapon, go prone, raise weapon (right mouse button) and aim down sight (middle mouse button). Identical stutter regardless of weapon, I tested with AKM, MP5 and FNX45.

Hello Beavis and thank you for the report.
If it is not an issue, could you try recording a video of the issue for us?
Regards,
Geez
I'll try! I'm a rookie when it comes to recording video from gameplay though, what software should I use?
In Windows 10 press Windows-Key + G, then confirm (checkbox) and say yes, it's a game. Then you get a small bar on the bottom that let you manually start recording. Maybe better described here: https://gizmodo.com/windows-10-is-hiding-a-great-video-capture-tool-1719196149
The captured videos you can find in your Video folder (default windows folder).
Thanks, will dig into this tonight and hopefully be able to post a video tomorrow at the latest.
I tried this to and it occurs when im in an forest area. it works fine when i try this on a road but in a forest the aiming stutters.
I couldn't get the video recording to work, but it still stutters tonight. Tried in the woods, not on flat ground.
Yeah, can confirm relation to what kind of surface you are lying on, when trying again I got the stutters on grass or in the woods, but did not get it when lying on a concrete floor, was able to snipe efficiently with an IZH18 that way.
Tested in Stress test 31.
Hello again.
The issue has been fixed internally and will be fixed on Steam in the future.
