The PMCL sights are not working correctly and the rocket goes up instead of the center of the cross. Also the PMCL missile damage is very low and not able to deliver a good hit to vehicles despite the rocket weight and "AT" name.

Steps To Reproduce
Get a PMCL Rocket launcher, aim at the target on the center of the sights, rocket will fly up and wont hit the target. rocket will go above the target even at distances of 700m or more.

Hello.
Same as https://feedback.bistudio.com/T130378 this sounds like either a trajectory problem or you aren't using the right mode for the vehicle. Since there is a new fire mode for PCML and Titan.
Still we will have a look at it just in case.

Direct mode is meant for softer targets and for close encounters. While top down mode is for more armored vehicles and long range targets.
Right now If you are trying to destroy a vehicle top down is the go to mode for that.
When going top down mode it will seem like the rocket flies above the vehicle, but it hits the top part of the vehicle for more damage.
