Description

This time I have no idea how my character got locked.
I was playing in a American Server earlier and when I tried to Log In now I received the message saying that my Character is Locked in the Database... Again...

I can't play(test) because this happens all the time.

Usually when a server goes down.

Additional Information

You guys should put a Shutdown message on the servers, because when it goes down it locks the players. Give us a warning so we can Log Off first!
