We were playing on server Southeast 1-1 when we got the message "No message received" and were disconnected from server. Upon trying to reconnect to any server my friend and I are receiving the message Character locked to Database and it won't allow us to log in.

Can we be unlocked from the Database? Below are our steam profiles:
