After entering the third ladder in this crane structure (see included image) you cannot reach the bottom end for dropping off which makes you stuck up there unless you jump instead of climbing down. I believe it's the railing that blocks your way to the bottom end of the ladder because it's too close.

I tried this on another crane with an opening in the railing and it works.
