Hello,

I've found an bug with at least 2 cranes in Elektrozavodsk.
Issue is that you can't climb down from their 3rd ladder.

Steps To Reproduce

I've only tested it for these 2 cranes,

The one on the left, just outside of the picture, is the crane with the container hanging on it and that one works fine.
