Use of forceFlagTexture on a Varsuk will not result in a flag being shown. We haven't seen a problem with any other vanilla asset.

Steps To Reproduce
Run the attached mission. Look at the two vehicles. The Kamysh has a flag, the Varsuk does not.
Additional Information
The vehicles have a flag set on them in their mission inits.
It looks like the Varsuk simply lacks an antenna onto which the flag can be mounted.
Note that we rely on flying flags to communicate that an enemy vehicle has been captured, reducing friendly fire incidents.
