Description

Hello, I have found a bug while going around in .63 Offline mode, which I would like to report here, essentially I found that items can be picked up from as far as I know right now, any height, or below where the Item is, as long as you're in the general area directly below, or above where the item is.

Steps To Reproduce

Very easy to reproduce,
A) Look for items that spawned, and see if you can get above or below their current location.
B) For what I did after I thought I found the bug, Simply go to a fire station, place an item on the ground on the middle platform, go directly above or below where said item is placed, and open your inventory.
