So I bought Arma 3 today and the first time I load it up I see that theres only server browser, then as I went to find a server I noticed literally every single one REQUIRES DLC. So I cant even play the 40$ game I bought because I'm being told I have to buy another 90$ in DLC wich I'm not doing. So please either fix this bullshit scam or refund me my money.

you are able to play on the servers, you just won't be able to use the items each DLC adds to the game.
But that is fine, since most of the servers use the vanilla items - except for servers running the Tanoa map added by the Apex DLC. You won't be able to play on these servers.

Ok, that's semi helpful but still that seems like I'm gonna be playing a game with half its content missing, are there even gonna be anything I can drive or do or is this game going to feel like a demo the whole time cuz this still is a problem, lemme go play it a little to see how much this REALLY affects me cuz u may be right and maybe these DLCs are just skins or something, but if I cant drive tanks, choppers, jets, etc because I don't have DLC then that's still a rip off

You know that some DLCs ADD the 2 or 3 premium vehicles. So there are plenty of other free vehicles in there. Although you can enter all premium vehicles as passenger. On the other side you are free to use mods. Just be carefull so you dont overload the game it gets instable sometimes.

The ownership of the DLCs gives you only access to the 8 vehicles. All features like Firing from vehicles etc are free and ready to use. On any other questions about restrictions and pros of the dlcs feel free to ask

As masteroBlubb said above the game is playable without the DLCs you just do not have complete access to the premium vehicles that come with the DLCs.
