Model LOD changes the opposite way its supposed to be.
Acknowledged, NormalPublic

Description

Normally, things thats not in your View should be a low quality LOD, and things you see are high quality.

In Arma its the opposite, see my video: Things you look at become low quality, and things outside your view are high quality. Also the change from high to low causes heavy fps drops for the duration it takes to transition. doesnt seem to be from low to high.

Hello.

Thank you for the report. We are aware of the issue, however this was done for performance reasons. The game was more unplayable with overdraw distances knocking the FPS down as much as 10. This was introduced as a way to combat that, we are aware it is not perfect. Perhaps some tweaks may happen in the future though can't promis anything.

I think some kind of player controlled setting would work.
