Every time I enter the 3DEN Editor, I will notice fish swimming out from the water and onto land whenever my camera is near a shoreline. This only happens whilst using the editor, however, and nowhere else.

Does this happen on a specific map or location? Because I am not able to reproduce this issue.

I've seen the issue more frequently on Stratis and rarely the other maps.
It could just be me however I'm not quite sure what it would be. It happens on vanilla and with mods.

I haven't the slightest clue either. If you want, I can get a video of the incident sometime this week.
No error logs (rpt, etc.) are created when this happens either, I've cleared all my logs then started the game in vanilla before with absolutely no issue or error logs. Just land-fish in the editor coming to say hello to the overlords above.
