The ATGM seems to fall too late and miss the target. It will only hit if you aim slightly to the left of the target.
I don't know if this is intentional but I doubt it.

Steps To Reproduce
Lase target around 3.5-4km and fire a laser-guided ATGM at a target. This was tested at high altitude (RHINO).
