These issues are currently in the live game as well as the dev build and are having quite a big effect in multiplayer PvP, causing randomness and imbalance. I don't believe this is intended as the Hunter is fine however the Strider and Ifrit are affected.
Ifrit and Strider susceptible to small arms fire.
The first issue is with the hull capabilities of the MRAPs (Strider and Ifrit) when small arms are being used against them, both the Strider and Ifrit passengers can be wiped out with 1 magazine of 7.62. However, the Hunter is fine. Considering these vehicles are suppose to be heavily armored to withstand explosive attacks I find it highly unusual that they are so weak against small arms.
Passengers extremely vulnerable to vehicle on vehicle collisions
The second issue is a multiplayer issue with the damage to players in any MRAP. When a collision happens between players there is a very high chance the whole crew of 1 of the vehicles is going to die regardless of how violent the impact was, this issue goes beyond desync and is actually a big issue in multiplayer PvP.
