I've already reinstalled and verified my cache. I've deleted all of my mods and I'm still unable to open Arma. I get an error message every time and the game crashes.

Hello.
Thank you for the report. I can see in your last rpt
"ErrorMessage: Include file x\cba\addons\main\script_mod.hpp not found."
Which suggests that you are missing a file necessary for the mod CBA to work properly. Which means you are still using mods I can see that in your rpts. So rather than deleting all mods try using the launcher option play without mods and let us know if that helped.
